A list of good healthy foods to eat every day

Sometimes it can be hard to find the right good, healthy foods to eat every day. Usually, people are too busy at work or college to focus on eating healthy all the time. In a perfect world, people would only eat organic, unprocessed foods and maintain a diet that meets their daily vitamin and mineral needs. Unfortunately, a busy schedule can ruin this.

The perfect amount of calories for a woman is around 2,000 kcal and 2,500 kcal for a man, per day. This should be calories packed with fiber and all the nutrition needed to maintain a healthy body. The vast majority of people take additional vitamin supplements, but if their diet were correct, they would not need these additional vitamins. In this article, I will show you a test diet plan that will help you identify good healthy foods to eat.

A list of good healthy foods to eat every day

1st meal

– A cereal high in fiber and low in sugar. Porridge would be the best option or weet-bix (wheat to bix). With this you have freshly skimmed or semi-skimmed milk – 200 Calories

– A piece of fruit. A banana is the best fruit to have early in the morning. – 72 Calories

2nd meal

– 30g of almond nuts (with brown skin). This is about 1 full handful of almonds. – 160 calories

– 1 tablespoon of protein mixed in water. Make sure it’s just pure protein, not the ones with creatine or carbs mixed in. This supplement perfectly complements good healthy foods to eat every day. (about 20g of protein) – 130 calories

3rd meal

– 250g of grilled or baked meat (my favorite is steak or chicken). 50g of broccoli, 30g of carrots, portion of lettuce. Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to your lettuce. – 670 Calories

4th meal

– A multigrain sandwich with meat of your choice. Any processed meat are not considered good healthy foods to eat. – 300 calories

5th meal

– 200g of grilled or baked meat with 40g of vegetables of your choice. – 460 calories

The first thing you’re going to think here is “I’m not trying to build muscle, why so much protein?”. A common mistake people make is that their diet is full of poor quality carbs and doesn’t contain enough good protein as a source of goo. A diet with a moderate amount of protein will help tone muscles and maintain a healthy body weight, so protein is definitely one of the good healthy foods to eat every day.
