Become the early bird catching the worm: how to wake up early without the alarm

One of the hardest habits to develop is getting up early. In fact, if it weren’t for the alarm, this habit may prove nearly impossible for many people. And for some, even if they have already set the alarm, they just fall asleep.

And when you wake up late, you suffer a lot of consequences. For one, you either get lost or have to rush to get to your appointments. The pressure and panic that accompany this activity can cause such chaos within your mind. And when you start the day with a confused and cluttered mind, those will be exactly your thoughts and ideas for the rest of the day. Other than that, you automatically miss out on early morning opportunities.

Being late for work or appointments will also not make a positive impression on people you know or work with. This also nullifies any opportunities that may have materialized in the future because its lateness makes it seem irresponsible and unreliable.

Do you really want a little bad habit to get in the way of your opportunities and your success in life? If not, you must do something about it.

1. Set your internal alarm clock. Do you want to wake up almost by magic, at the right time, every morning, even without an alarm clock? Some people call it their biological clock, but in reality, it is not the body that works when this happens. Actually, it is the mind. After all, it is your mind that awakens from its slumber.

The mind also has an internal clock. Instead of setting your alarm clock, why not set the alarm on your internal clock? This is a more effective way to get out of bed, no matter how sleepy you think you are.

To set your internal alarm clock, you must first clear your brain so that your mind works in its highest and most alert mode. Then, once her mind is clear, you can program her to wake up early using subliminal messages.

Here are some examples:

Waking up early comes naturally to me.

I wake up early every day.

My internal clock wakes me up on time.

I wake up fully alert and energetic.

Getting out of bed early is easy and beneficial.

The best thing about waking up from inside your subconscious mind is that you don’t have to struggle to get out of bed. Getting out of bed will feel natural and easy. Waking up early will no longer be a chore.

2. Focus on the benefits of getting up early. Ask anyone and you will see that most of us feel negative about waking up early. We think it’s a big job and we look forward to weekends and holidays when we can sleep in late. If you think this way, your mind will continue to resist waking up early.

So if you want your mind to wake up early on its own, you need to focus on the benefits of doing so. Think of all the opportunities you can take advantage of in the morning, all the chores you can finish before brunch time, and all the free time you’ll have later when you finish your work early. In some occupations, getting up early is part of the recipe for success, and if your mind recognizes this connection, it will be motivated to wake up at the right time every day.
