Brian Kopp’s Alliance 1-70 Leveling Guide

Most World of Warcraft players who have researched leveling guides have heard of Brian Kopp’s 1-70 Alliance Leveling Guide. There was a time, not long ago, when the guide was the best there was. He has helped many World of Warcraft players in the past, and I am sure he will continue to help them in the future as well.

Chances are, you’ve also heard of Joana’s 1-70 Horde Leveling Guide; if so, you’ll understand when I say it’s the Alliance equivalent of Joana’s Guide. It is very fast to level up. Brian Kopp has spent a lot of time figuring out exactly which missions to include and in what order to include them. He also includes many photos in the guide to help you visualize everything in the instructions.

It is very well written. The guide is very well written and very easy to read. The instructions are very specific, telling the user exactly what missions to do, when they need to be done, where to go, when and where to turn in completed missions.

I discovered that there were some minor bugs in Brian Kopp’s 1-70 Alliance Leveling Guide. The biggest of these mistakes was when the guide told him to do a certain quest that we can call “Quest 1” and a few steps later he says to do a quest that we can call “Quest 2”. The problem here was that “Quest 1” couldn’t be done until “Quest 2” had been done. This caused me some confusion at first, not knowing why the instructed search wasn’t available to me; but I skipped it and continued, then figured it out a few steps later.

It all boils down to Brian Kopp’s 1-70 Alliance Leveling guide, while once a great guide, is becoming outdated. There are newer guides that have totally new plugins that completely revolutionize power leveling guides. I’m sure if Brian Kopp has a plan to upgrade and go with a new plugin, we’ll see him back on top once again.
