Using the law of attraction to get rid of cellulite

The universal law of attraction has been talked about for centuries. But is it only okay to use it for spiritual enlightenment or to make money? Not! Of course, no. The law of attraction can be used for anything. And when you use it to get things that make you happy, like a healthier body, sexy legs and thighs, weight loss, more money, a husband or wife, then you become a happier and healthier person. As you become happier and healthier, you spread love, joy, and peace all around you. And when you emanate love, joy and peace and tell other people your secret, you transmit love and peace to others who then emanate it. As you become happier and healthier, the people around you become happier and healthier, and the people around you become happier and healthier. As this happens, the world becomes a better place. So use the universal law of attraction to achieve whatever you want. As you do, you’ll notice yourself becoming healthier and happier, and you’ll notice those around you doing the same.

USING THE LAW OF ATTRACTION FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Lately, there has been a lot of hype surrounding the law of attraction. However, this is not a new concept. People have been using this technique to manifest things in their lives since the beginning of time. It has been mentioned as several different things, such as “Creative Visualizations”, “Guided Mediations”, “Mind Movies”, or “The Power of the Unconscious Mind”.

The Law of Attraction is most easily described as “like attracts like”, this is quite easy to understand. The principle of the Law of Attraction states that when you have a positive or negative thought pattern, you receive a positive or negative result. Everything that happens is a direct result of your thoughts. Therefore, a positive attitude will bring more positive occurrences into your life and a negative attitude will bring more negative occurrences into your life.

Using these step-by-step instructions, you can use the powerful law of attraction to help you lose weight, lose cellulite, tone your body, add muscle, and shape your body into something you’re most comfortable with.

Step One: Create Your Ideal Weight

Write your ideal weight on a piece of paper. Now she closes her eyes and imagines that you are stepping on the scale and says that you are at that weight. Now, in your mind’s eye, take a look at your body and see what it looks like at that weight. Imagine touching your body and feeling how it would feel with that weight. Imagine how you feel in that body. Notice your emotions, your thoughts, your feelings. Now imagine that you are going about your daily routine with this weight. Notice how the food looks on your plate, notice how much (or how little) food you feel satisfied with. See yourself working out, feeling strong, and feeling healthy.

Step Two: Create a Vision Board

Sit down with a few magazines or catalogs that you like and cut out pictures of the clothes you hope to wear as you lose weight. Also clip pictures of events or things you could do more of as you get healthier and stronger. Create a vision board by pasting these images on a piece of paper and placing them on top of your desk or by your bed, or anywhere you will look at them often. Take some time each day to observe your vision.

Step Three: Send a Request to the Universe

It’s about connecting with a force greater than yourself to ask for what you want. It can be difficult to ask for what you want, some may feel they don’t deserve it, but the universe will always support your requests that are for the greater good. Requests to be slimmer, healthier and happier will help each individual feel better about themselves and feel happier. This in turn creates more happiness around that person thus creating a more positive world. It’s the little things that add up.

Step Four: Write It Down

Writing is a very powerful and immediate way to generate change. The following will help you keep up with your weight loss. First, buy a law of attraction weight loss journal. In the journal, write down several statements that you wish were true, but aren’t yet. Write them in the present tense because like attracts like. Examples of such statements are: “I am slim and healthy”, or “I enjoy going out and exercising every day”, or “My body fat is steadily decreasing while my lean muscle mass is increasing”, or “I feel comfortable and beautiful “. in my size six jeans…” whatever it is, make it work for you. Each day, take a few minutes to read these statements. As you read them, try to imagine what happens. In your mind, see images of you looking at the scale and seeing that magic number, visualize yourself wearing those jeans you’ve always wanted.See yourself at the gym working out and feeling great.
