Hollywood has a fascination with such things and that is why this new hurricane movie is so popular as it breaks all box office records. But this is to be expected after the Atlantic Tropical Hurricane Season of 2004 and 2005. Now, during the Atlantic Tropical Season of 2006, we see Hollywood willing to play on our fears and take our stress to a whole new level while paying them $10.00 to see the damn movie first.

This is why the New Hurricane Movie is so popular and why its gross sales are so unbelievably large. Hollywood has the ability to produce these kinds of stellar movies and it is for this reason that we continue to fear hurricanes.

There’s something about the innate psychological trauma of a category five hurricane or how this movie depicts a literal category six hurricane, which is off the charts on the Saffir-Simpson scale. It is this raw emotion that Hollywood has once again found, focused on, and brought back to us in pure horrific entertainment. Consider all this in 2006.
