Why do some who deserve to succeed fail?

All around us we see few successes but many failures. While some have made it a success at everything they do in business, there are many who are destined to fail.

On the other hand, most fall into the category of successes interspersed with failures.

Who are the people who are destined to fail? The wicked, the unsociable, the ignorant, the lazy, the spendthrift, the liar, and the scoundrel are all destined for failure. You look at a person and the predominantly negative characteristics of him; you know for a fact that he is a failure in everything he has tried. Unfortunately, the person endowed with such characteristics never realizes that the cause of the failure is his own action. They live a life of complete failure always blaming luck and the whole world for their failure.

Then there are those people, who are of good character, trustworthy, continually making friends, intelligent and who love their work, have an excellent reputation for honesty, worthy of all success.

Most fall in the middle. They have everything that can be expected from an educated, cultured and progressive mind. However, they are puzzled by the frequent failures interspersed with some success.

The defeat in the life of someone who seems to be so in the service of victory seems to prove that success cannot be ensured only by developing individual characteristics and doing specific things.

You need to develop skills and knowledge that go beyond positive attitudes and characteristics. One must take responsibility for failure as success is not outside but within us. Each specific fault needs to be analyzed for the specific fault and corrected. What are those essential factors that one has overlooked?

It is important to be persistent and not give up, as we can be one step away from success the moment we give up and accept failure. We have read enough stories of great gold finds when a man gave up mining out of sheer frustration and sold the mine to someone else. He doesn’t sell his mine for peanuts when he can persist and find a rich vein of gold.

Although we have heard it often, it is better to remember that failures are the steps to success.
