The pandemic situation in South Africa and lessons learned

The Lockdown is undoubtedly one of the biggest game changers in the history of the world. People are learning that we are truly an interdependent nation. We have learned that no man is an island and although we are isolated, technology has a way of bringing us closer together. I have personally learned that we have the power to expand time, so we are actually able to get more done in less time than ever before without adding stress to our daily lives. The majority of our population has acquired the ability to experience “sustained fire” to power our health and continue to operate at our highest energy level, even in the most challenging situations.

Tilesia Colyn, from Pretoria, South Africa, said: “We are definitely moving into an age of enlightenment, the results of which will surely be a super form of higher consciousness. Perhaps our resilient nature will sustain us and from this comes a lot of creativity and even unity.” !”

“People are the same all over the world. A wise man once said: “People are like stained glass. They sparkle and shine when the sun rises, but when darkness comes, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light within.”

The pandemic has given a serious wake-up call. I think people have become more responsible, a seemingly rude awakening.”

“We have learned that we have the power to expand and express our creativity. The time is now, the time to attract the people and resources we need to advance our personal lives and personal projects and achieve the level of authentic success and impact that we have striven for. Although the world seems to be in crisis, there are those who have become more mature and resilient without giving in to extenuating circumstances. While many continue to play the blame game and complain, there are many of us who choose not to play this game because we are not victims.”

“Many more people are more determined now than ever and have learned the power of tenacity. Families, friends and businesses around the world are reaching out to each other and collaboration and innovation are being expressed like never before. We are in a mission to re-ignite, reinvent, revive, refresh, re-imagine and reclaim our place in the world.

Whether you’re someone who loves to stay in touch with people or you’re missing your regular meetings – online diaries, chats and video calls. This will help improve your mental health and letting yourself feel connected. Stay on top of the news, so you know what’s going on. Although, if this is a stressor for you, minimize these logs to just what you need to know.
